Our Fiberlaser Cutting machine is manufactured according to ISO8206 (DIN EN 8206) and its cutting quality meets ISO9013. The main structure designed by using the structural dynamic design principle and the variable analysis technology of the finite element method has excellent dynamic and static characteristics. The frame and the wide integral box beam adopting the tenon-and-mortise structure have the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision and high running stability.
Through strict process requirements and quality control, the high quality, high stability and durability of the products are guaranteed. There are detailed operation requirements for welding points, welding length, welding sequence and time during the processing. All structural parts are precision processed by a large gantry machining center, the overall structural parts welding process, professional heat treatment and tempering and secondary vibration aging treatment, to ensure the permanent operation accuracy and stability of the equipment.
Raycus fiberlaser powersource is designed for industrial and scientific research applications with high pump conversion efficiency, low power consumption and excellent beam quality.
It is compact and ready to use. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or easily inserted into user’s apparatus.
Also IPG High power fiberlaser device specialized in mechanized laser cutting system is also available for configuration.
